The PWR! Up moves focus on improving posture, counteracting rigidity, reducing falls, and increasing step size.
The PWR! Rock moves are designed to increase balance and support, help shift weight, and improve rolls and turns.
The PWR! Twist moves can help reduce rigidity. With rhythmic exercises, patients improve trunk rotation for better transitions.
The PWR! Step moves are all about improving balance so patients can easily move from one location to another.
