Louis R. Rivera, PT
Louis received his physical therapy degree at Northeastern University, Boston, MA in 1989. He has special interest in orthopedics, sports medicine, total joint rehabilitation, ergonomics and industrial rehabilitation. Lou is also owner and CEO of Work Site Rehabilitation & Consultants, PC. Lou also serves as Director of Ergonomic and On-Site Services at The West Hershey and Reese's Plants. Lou is Class IV Laser Certified.
Cindy L. Oxendine, MPT, ATC
Cindy is Director of Ergonomic and On-Site services at Pepperidge Farm, Denver, PA. Cindy received her physical therapy degree at Chatham College, Pittsburgh, PA in 1996. Cindy has her undergraduate degree in athletic training. She has special interest in orthopedics, sports medicine, ergonomics and industrial rehabilitation. She is a Provider for ADA Functional Job Descriptions, Post Offer Screens and Functional Capacity Evaluations. Cindy is Class IV Laser Certified.
Jennifer K. Weaver, MPT
Jennifer serves as Director of Clinical Services at Rivera Physical Therapy and Director of Ergonomic and On-Services at The High Companies and Donnelley Financial. Jennifer received her masters degree at the University of Scranton, Scranton, PA in 1999. She has special interest in orthopedics, sports medicine, aquatics and industrial rehabilitation. She is a Provider for ADA compliant Functional Job Descriptions, Post Offer Screens and Functional Capacity Evaluations. Jennifer is certified in the Parkinson Wellness Recovery Program. Jennifer is Class IV Laser Certified.
Eric B. Griffen, PTA
Eric graduated from Penn State University in 1998. He received his professional license later that year. Eric has a special interest in orthopedics and sports medicine. He received certification for ADA Compliant Functional Job Descriptions, Job Site Analysis and Post Offer Screens and is currently Director of Ergonomic and On-Site Services at the Lancaster Kellogg's facility. Eric is Class IV Laser Certified.
